Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data Inca Outdoors collects through this website, why we need it and what you can do about it. We follow the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law (Law 29733) and its regulations.

Data we collect

  • Inquiry data. Your name, email address, travel dates, group size and the message you write in our forms.
  • Booking data. When you confirm a trip we ask for the details that permits, entry tickets and train tickets require, such as full name, passport number, nationality, date of birth and, for student rates, a copy of your student card.
  • Health and diet notes. Only what you choose to tell us so that we can look after you on the trail.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions and prepare a quote.
  • To book permits, tickets, trains, hotels and transport in your name.
  • To contact you before and during your trip.
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Who receives it

We share only what each provider needs to deliver your trip: the Ministry of Culture for Machu Picchu and Inca Trail permits, the train companies, hotels and transport operators. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, those services process your message under their own policies.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become a booking are deleted within twelve months. Booking records are kept for the period required by Peruvian tax law.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time. Write to info@incaoutdoors.com and we will answer within the legal term.

Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page.
